FMEA Studio ("the Service") is a web application operated by Dropfeed LLC that drafts Design and Process FMEAs from descriptions you provide, lets you edit them, and exports them as PDF and spreadsheet files. By creating an account or using the free preview, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an employer, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly at support@dropfeed.io if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to access other accounts, probe or overload the infrastructure, or resell the generated output as a competing FMEA generation service. Do not submit content you are contractually prohibited from disclosing to third parties — see the AI processing section of our Privacy Policy.
The Service produces a draft. It is generated from a short description and general engineering knowledge, not from your drawings, your process capability, or your history.
[BRACKETS] for you to complete.A qualified person must review and approve any FMEA before it is used, submitted, or relied on.
You keep ownership of everything you enter and of the FMEAs you produce. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service: to store your content, process it to generate results, and display it back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
The Service, its interface and its underlying software remain ours. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the Service.
The Service depends on third parties including OpenAI, Stripe, Resend and Fly.io. Their availability is outside our control, and interruptions in their services may interrupt ours.
We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice to paying customers before removing something they rely on.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular part, process or customer requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropfeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost production, scrap, rework, warranty costs, recalls, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Dropfeed against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination you may request an export of your documents.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above and, for paying customers, by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
